I personally like the Swiftech MCXC370 (that's the one with the copper base and with the Pabst fan). I cools almost as well as the MCX462 but is much quieter.

The one that is overhyped and doesn't really perform is the Noisecontrol Silverado, even though it is quiet, it doesn't really cut it (just in case you thought more expensive is better)
