reboot
let the machine find the standard vga pci display adapter.
reboot, change the driver to nvidia
reboot.
If you manually added the drivers a bunch and played around,
go into safe mode{F8 at boot}
remove all doubles{both of them or all 3 whatever}
reboot
start the video card driver install again
