According to the product info on newegg.com, the Leadtek has 5 ns RAM (doesn't say for the Asus).

I've found video card overclocking to be hit-and-miss (mostly miss for me). You never know until you try. Between the variation in cards coming off the same production line and the system variables that might affect overclocking, the only way to find out is put the card in your system and tweak away.

I don't think build quality will influence either way. Asus tends to differ from the reference design so they can put more features on their video cards, but they generally make good products. The only Leadtek card I've used was a TNT1, and it's still running.

I'd go for the cheaper card, myself.
