Ste tRC to 8 and tRAS to 6 otherwise you gonna have a problem sooner or later. You are better off with a PHLimit of 16 or 32 (if the board has that option, don't really remember)

With your current settings, you violate tRAS and I would give you about a week until your HDD is a goner.
