What software are u using to record with ;This can make a BiG difference!Are you using something as sophisticated as SoundForge!Cheap Software sounds cheap.i can,t comment on the current version;but while older versions of Goldwave were capable,the sound quality lacked Depth and Clarity!Also see if you can check the Phase of the two channels of the recording on the computer;if one is out of phase it will be tinny;reverse the phase of one channel and it might restore your bottomend and image depth.If this is what is happening your signal is getting out of Phase somewhere,But essentially there is nothing wrong with it!Many of the Audio Editors have Phase Correction with their tools["features"]
