Used to build Model aircraft for a hobby. But contests and competition took the fun out of it.(kinda the reason I'm reluctant to OC or benchmark-is it going to be all consuming? )
Took all the unbuilts down and sold them. Used the money (counted even pennies out) and bought a P300 CTX machine. Janes F15 wouldn't let me play with the Cirrus Logic video card, so bought a 8MB 3D card, then the ram, then the MB/CPU, then the case, etc...
My wife still complains about how much I spend, but there's no smell of airbrushed paints and glue fumes with this hobby.
