I'm not dual booting, XP only. I'm using the most current EZ Creator and it sees the lite-on drive fine. I'm using the 4.0a (I think that is the correct version name) version of Cdrwin and it tells me there is no cd writer on the ide chain. I checked the cdrwin site and it lists the lite-on drive as being supported in this version. In windows hardware properties it shows the lite-on as a scsi cd-rom. I believe my plextor showed up as a cd-rw drive. I think this is my problem but I don't know how to get xp to see it as a cd-rw drive. Couldn't find anything on Lite-ons website. |
