If you didn't type a password on the one machine just hit OK, otherwise type that password in and hit OK. If you wanna get rid of it TweakUI has a Logon Tab. Click on that and check that box that says log on automatically, supply it with your User Name and password and then it will automatically log you on with next boot up.
As far as the other one not having one, make sure you have Client for M$ Networking and for the Login type choose M$ Networking.
