That's correct. I forgot about MOD chips. MOD chips also allow gamers to play copied PS games too. Games they COPIED with their burner. The burner they have added to their computer.

I was looking to argue big-time, but I guess this really isn't the place. I should go to the Nintendo forum or the Play Station forum for a good console v. PC debate. Ah well.
