To answer the MB board question, I've had the audio card in a LX board (don't remember what MB), a Soyo 6BA+111 and now the ABIT BE-6II. It DID happen with the Soyo, but only after the CPU was changed from the P2 to the P3. At that time I thought it was a MB issue and purchased the ABIT, but problem followed. I did have it working well for about 6 months now, but the re-install brought it back up again. Gotta be drivers huh?
Any issues with the newer cards (gamer/audigy)?
