I know they are Outlook Express emails.
Why won't mine open? (sometimes? i dunno)
It says "open or save". If I open, it says "No viewer.". If I save it, it saves as .eml, same result.
If I "open with..." outlook, OE launches, but that is all.
I can open it with Wordpad or Office and read text, but with HTML tags present.
