I like it, the only thing that irks me -- and this may just be a personal thing -- is that the main menubar is inconsistent. I do a mouseover and expect something to happen, but it doesn't on some of the items.

Even if it only brings up a single entry (itself, basically) I would still make every link within a single menu bar do a pop-out menu, or make none of them do it. Again it's not a huge issue, but it can be a bit disconcerting at first.

But otherwise, I like the images and color contrast, and the overall layout is clean and everything on the page is distinct and easy to read.
