yup, and I also agree with your point about materials.

My senior design team recently spent some time consulting with an HVAC engineer who was the bro-in-law of a power systems expert here on campus.

Anyway, this guy just got back from an extensive tour of the mainland, particularly hospitals and such, and we chatted about his visit as we finished the consultation over lunch. Some of the conditions he described...wow. They have a ways to go yet.
