I don't believe there is an interrupt conflict.

In my cmos is an option for agp or pci video display... One of mine is an agp the other is pci. So i can make either one or the other work, not both. Problem isn't as simple as buying two of the same kind. This is a portable system with an onboard agp card running my flat panel monitor. The expansion slots are all pci, no agp slots available.

Not sure what my options are at this point... any suggestions?
