Just got a celly 900, boots no problem at any speed up to 1170mhzat default voltage, (130MHZ FSB) But won't boot at even 1 or 2 MHZ past that!! It just sits, but doesn't lock, at the point where the OS loads, and it waits forever! I noticed while running 3dmark2k1, that it says "CPU Internal Clock Maximum 1.17 Ghz" Would this be my problem? This chip has awesome O/Cing potential, but I can't seem to push it any further! (I actually bought 2, but I'm running the other one at default in my bro's comp.) Here's basic sys conf.
