The image quality can be adjusted but it is not the best...i think that belongs to Matrox or an add on card (ie. Pinnicale or Hauppauge) or ...however it's not to shabby either...3 Gigs will get you about an Hour of MPeg vid and yes it comes with Mucho software...I'm thinking the new 8500 will be the whip...
