Is Oclocking the FSB, and considering that you've got an ASUS board I'm sure that will be fairly easy. Unfortunately intel has locked the multipliers of its CPUs since the first PIIs have come out. Your project shouldn't be any tougher than using a large and efficient heat sink, and hopping into the BIOS to bump the FSB up a touch. Good luck.
P.S Maximum PC pushed a 1.8 to a touch above 2.0Ghz. So 200 Mhz isn't out of the question.
