I installed my new Antec Jet Cool HSF today. Everything was going fine. Suddenly the computer spontaneously reboots. After many tries, I can't get Windows to boot. I let the machine cool and take off the HSF. I chipped the core.

I didn't want to upgrade until November. I have a 1.4GHz on the way. This sucks

BTW, is the hard drive messed up? It said something was wrong with the SYSTEM.INI file. If I install the new processor/HSF properly, should it boot up and everything will be fine?
