First off, the low altitude part was just about avoiding detection, the B-52 could
go in at high altitude if it wanted to. And did so in the gulf war many times.
But if it wants to be extra sneaky, it can go in low and give those scum a
real surprise party.

And the B-1B can't fly from here to Afghanistan and back with a bomb load
and not have to refuel... at any altitude. Hehe.
