About every two minutes IE6 takes forver to open a web page or Outlook express to connect to ckeck messages. I'm using Win98 SE. I upgraded from IE 5 to see if it would affect anything but it didn't. I think I had this problem before but it went away after I upgraded to Win2k. Now I'm back to win98 and it is annoying. Any ideas?
