We are at war, even if the word doesn't get used every other sentence.

You'll get to see some of the more obvious signs of this war when we start hitting the
Taliban and leveling Iran and Syria if they had any part in this act of war committed on us
(which they very likely did) and/or if they refuse to meet any of our long list of demands
on the complete destruction of the terrorist training camps and funding/support operations
which exist in their countries. We're getting geared up for that effort as we speak.
Our B-52's and carriers are preparing now...

And unlike crime, we aren't going to let a bunch of idiot jurists and crooked lawyers interfere
with this, we are just going to keep killing the bad guys until we crush them and wreck their
support countries. That's the difference between a war and a "criminal" matter, we're not
coming to discuss legalisms with the enemy, we are coming to destroy them and the countries
that are helping them to commit these acts of war on us. We will leave the terrorist supporting
nations with no choice but to surrender and do as they're told on this matter. If they
don't comply, we will smash their militaries and take over their countries and put those friendly
toward us in power. We will no longer tolerate nations that train and help these terrorists
to attack us.

Of course, there's also a lot of quiet operations that will be going on behind the scenes with
our special forces, that will be much less obvious, but it's happening already.
