I have the P75 from my old machine cracked open so I could see the silicon. Wasn't much of a machine, I was running Linux on it and it was still a pig. I don't think it would be much of a web server, but for low traffic and static HTML pages, it might do all right. I would see it serving better as a firewall/gateway, running Linux or BSD. But you probably already have something like that in place.

I just helped a friend upgrade his 486DX2/66 to an Evergreen Overdrive (AMD K5133), it had 8mb of memory and a 350mb harddrive. I had to laugh. I threw in my "antique" leftovers, stuff that I consider garbage, and upgraded the machine to 16mb ram and 1.2gb hard drive. Was funny, working on such an old machine, and using parts that I was ready to toss out to UPGRADE it. The dude was totally stoked, he doesn't have any money for PC's and such, so I was able to do a good deed and get rid of some old junk at the same time.
