having trouble with a VP6

Hi guys. I'm currently building a dual p3 setup that will be running two 750's. Right now i haev only one cpu, a Visiontek Geforce 2 pro 64mb, a generic cdrom drive and one of the two 20 gig wd hd's installed. I set everything up (no soundcard yet) and it should post right? All im getting is this beeping noise. I have worked wiht ABit boards before and i know that it should beep one time and post. I set the hd to master and put it on the ide 1 and the cdrom as master on ide 2. I've got Mushkin ram also. Well i think i covered everything. I'm really hoping its not the motherboard because i bought it about 8 months ago. Well hoping to get some info from the great Cpu central gurus. Thanks!
