That was this Australian company which up to 8GB capacity and it was a PCI device, something like Optiquip but I cannot remember off the top of my head.

There are good solid state drives from SmartModular that are not very expensive either. According to their program manager he boots into Win98 in less than 10 sec (using the Shuttle FV24 as little portable box in his car with an old laptop LCD as display... smiles)
