And it's a 300 watter. considering that I was attempting to run it with no perephials I'd say that's plenty of power.

And it definitely supports the memory given the fact that it supports 3 gigs while only having 3 DIMM slots.

I plan to D/L a BIOS update, and hope I can run it.
