The appeals court that Judge Jackson's recommendations (which was to breakup MS) was biased and not fair. At that point, the chance of a breakup happening is somewhere between slim and none. However, the court did agree with Jackson's Findings of Fact and upheld the ruling that MS is using its monopoly status to strongarm PC makers.
