thanks ludi. I have a better vid card that I will try later a Gforce 2 MX with Fan. I still was trying to find out if there is some sort of fundamental setup issue that I am not aware of that could be causing the problem. I used the 3Dfx vid card (about a year ago) in a 450MHz PII system, without any problem, so I think it is not damaged. Why would it not overheat then and it is now? |
