Well, I've finally found the jumpers to change CPU voltage. Not mentionned in the IBM's hardware maintenance guide, but a tiny description in the motherboard itself.

So, the jumpers look like this:

12345
°°°°°
°°°°°

with
2.1v when jumper on position 1
2.2v when jumper on position 2
2.3v when jumper on position 1 & 2
2.4 when jumper on position 3

So, I ask myself what are the role of position 4 and 5. Does-it allow to reach undocumented voltage like 2.5 and more ?

Cordially
Eric

PS: also, to start around cooling I've found a second fan to cool the case. There's a possibility to fix-it at back side.
