Thanks for your feedbacks Ludicrous and LED. Well, so, in brief:
- I can change the multiplier to 6.0 but take care of cooling prior.
- It could be necessary to increase core voltage, maybe up to 2.5 (knowing the original AMD K6-2/533 is 2.20v and the K6-2 550 2.30v)! Not too high (need a cooling with water or freazer)?
So, it implies these two new questions :
- What kind of cooling improvement do you advice ? Actually ther's a heat sink + fan + Rain 2.0 (just upgraded from 1.0 today). Some url to get the best material, maybe ?
- About voltage. How can I increase voltage, knowing not any jumper is mentionned in the IBM documents ?
