Alright here is the low down. First off all when I called AMD I had no intention of receiving a CPU, as it specifically says on there web site do not call them for returns unless purchased through them! The real reason I called them was to tell them that one of there sellers had very poor customer services and was not returning my calls, or emails. The tech guy heard me out and basically said he can't do anything about the company that sold me the cpu, however he can replace my cpu for a 1.13GHz. I was shocked! So I give him the information and he is sending out my new cpu. THIS is GREAT, AMD REALLY DOES CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS!! WOW A+++ AMD WAY TO GO!! |
