My Geforce2 GTS PRO AGP 4x DDR 64MB is too much for my motherboard... my mobo only supports 2x.
So, I switched down the rate to 1X and it works very smoothly now - OpenGL and D3D modes

But, I'm gonna get a new motherboard soon anyways
