1GHz CPU, there is little difference, if you go beyond that, the delta increases with the clock speed. In addition, DDR overclocks even better that SDRAM and then you get the real kick.

Best boards out there at this point?
Shuttle AK31 (best bang for the buck ($90)
Tyan Tiger 2460 (can't say the price but it is much lower than what anyone would expect)


Epox 8KHA and MSI K7T266 Pro. great boards. I know that according to x-bits, the VIA chipset sucks but hell, it must be the climate in Russia...
