What do the masses on the board think of Realtek network cards, quality-wise? I've got an old 10BaseT 16-bit ISA, and I'm wondering if it's worth keeping, or should I pick up a new PCI one?
It's only going on a 10Base network, so I don't need any extra speed, but what kind of reliability do these things have?

It's going to be running on an NT4/Linux box....possibly FreeBSD, but I'm not sure about that.
