and a number of the newer AT-style motherboards would allow for either an AT -or- an ATX power supply, so it is possible to have an ATX power supply in an AT case.

Pull off your case cover, and take a look at the printer and serial ports on the back of the case. Are they mounted directly to the case, or else to expansion-port slots, and then routed to the motherboard with a cable? If so, definitely AT. If, however, the ports are mounted directly to the motherboard and simply stick out the back side, you have an ATX setup.
