Thanks for the info, Joe. I have an Athlon 1333 (should OC well), large aluminum heatsink on chip with Globalwin fan. Also a side panel mounted fan
blowing straight in towards CPU/video card area.

Will soon have same fan as side panel fan in rear exhaust grille on upper back of case, just below power supply. Plus might put one in the
lower front case intake grille. But for now, just the CPU fan and the side panel fan blowing in towards the CPU/video card area.

Any thoughts on the stability of Geforce III's at higher PCI bus settings if I OC the mem bus? If I can't get lower CAS, then I might as well
bump the mem speed up some and that will take the PCI speed up with it.
