The link below is to the BIOS page of MS's review of the Epox 8K7A+, which uses the same chipset as the AD11. There will be some BIOS differences between the 2 boards, but the same principles should apply to RAM timings if the settings are present. It's the tRAS setting that can corrupt your data - the biggest danger of playing with CAS latency is system instability.

I think you'll get more memory performance at 133 MHz CAS2 than 150 MHz CAS2.5, but I haven't been able to test that myself. What chip and cooling do you have? Your best bet with that RAM may be to go 133 MHz CAS2 and increase the multiplier.
