200/266 Athlon

I know I've hit on this before but......I can get
my hands on an in-expensive Athlon 1.2, 266mhz
T-Bird. Owner says it is factory unlocked, 2
months old and is getting rid of it for a 1.4 jobie.
Problem, I have a Biostar, M7VKB Version 1.0
board, (Via KT133 chipset).
Book and Biostar say it will support a 1.2ghz,
200mhz chip, (with heatsinks on the chip set
recommended)?
I couldn't get soft FSB to work on this board. The
bios has auto detect and limited play-range for
manually setting the board up.
Will his chip work?
I need advise!
