When I first got my 650e it would only do 6.5*115. I ran it at 748mhz for about 8 weeks than tried 6.5*124mhz again. It booted up at 806mhz and has been running at this speed for over 6 months now.

I dual boot windows ME and Win2k.
Office 97, 2000, Quake 3, Serious Sam...etc all work without ever a lockup.

Mushkin pc133 CAS3 cheapo ram but it works

Run ur chip at a lower speed for a couple weeks, then turn it up. Worked for me....
