A guy walks into a dentist office and asks how much it would cost
to have a wisdom tooth extracted. "$100." the dentist replied.

"Wow, that's too much. Is there a cheaper way?"
"Well, without the anesthesia I could do it for $75.00"

"That's still ridiculous!"

"With no anesthesia, I could pull it out with pliers for $40.00
"I still can't afford it."

"I have a student trainee, just out of school. I could let him do it
just for the experience for $20.00."

"Excellent, book my wife for next tuesday!"
