last time I installed it was ages ago, but it should allow you to customize what you install. Another, option probably you tried was removing the LAN Cable from the back of the card or perhaps removing the card itself from the computer. But none of that should be necessary if you can customize the load. Oh another crazy thing, have you actually let it sit for awhile loading the windows messaging? Walk away for ten or fifteen minutes and come back. I have found a lot of my program install lockups are caused by my lack of patience. It might actually be loading different components of Windows Messaging.
