as noted above, I'm running my board at 200/200 -- which is "not bad" for having 7ns-rated memory chips At 201 memory, it's still good; at 202, severe corruption in 2D; at 203, system lock-up.

BTW you may want to clock your memory as high as it will go and then bench the core clock up from default until you no longer see significant performance gains. The MX core is more memory bandwidth-constrained than anything, and there was a thread at LC a little while back, noting that at high vid clocks performance actually begins to drop gradually -- the excess heat slows the chip down.
