A PCI Latency of 64 is supposed to give a performance improvement over 32.

If I remember the LC BIOS Guide correctly, 64 is the highest useable value on a system with ISA slots. On a PCI-only system there may be small performance gains from going as high as 128.

Leave all shadowing disabled.
