The Iwill KT133 and KT133A boards have a 4.1 audio chip, and Gigabyte uses a Creative chip.

I'd go to Newegg and get the Iwill KK266 (KT133A, no RAID) for $107 + $5 shipping. It's not a "budget" mobo, but it's full featured and will be much better than a cheapo board when it comes time to upgrade anything.
