There's a utility called Tweakbios that will allow you to change the PCI Latency value if that setting is not present in your mainboards Bios. The changes made by Tweakbios will not remain after you reboot unless you pay for the registered version. However, you can find the changes made by Tweakbios in Wpcredit and then enter the hex values into Wpcrset to keep the settings. These progs are not for the faint-of-heart and can easily screw up your system if not used correctly.
