Newegg.com has been recommended here before and my experience with them was positive, too.
If you really want to do your homework, though, hunt-and-peck through Pricewatch, figure an approximate price including shipping, then pick a couple known-reputable vendors and figure out the "one-stop" price including shipping.
Then make your final decision -- for example if the difference is going to come to, say, $100 (or more) per machine...
And regardless you may want to place your memory order with Crucial or Mushkin and thereby guarantee that you're getting good stuff. If memory serves MS once commented that ultimately the stability of a machine comes down to the quality of the power supply and the memory.
