The thing I did noticed with your post is (dual fan H/S) which in most cases only means that
if a CPU fan burns out you still have a spare. The heat created by O/Cing & raising the CPU core voltages needs a good H/S & fan combo & H/S being even more important. You may need
an Alpha or a Global Win H/S & fan combo to push the CPU to the limit.
