At least not at this point. The only real standards that have been implemented by JEDEC are PC1600 and PC2100. PC2700 will be the next step up but the standard has not been defined yet. There are questions regarding the chip format, that is, moving away from the 54 pin TSOP package to tBGA to keep traces shorter and all this stuff that needs to be clarified before a spec can be put up.
