I'm getting blue screens of death when booting.
The first screen says "The volume that was removed had open files on it. Next time please check first to see if the volume can really be removed".

I then hit a key and the next screen says "The file system mounted on the volume had data that needed to be flushed. Some data on the volume was lost. Next time please check first to see if the volume can really be removed".

I then hit a key and get "fatal exception 0E occurred at 0257:BFF9DBA7".

I then cntl/alt/del to reboot and sometimes it boots normally... sometimes I have to go through this a couple of times.

I can't remember doing anything out of the ordinary. Any clues?
