It depends.
First, save the file (in your case, asldkjaslkdja.rm). Then open this file in notepad, yes notepad, and it should have another file name: asldkjaslkdja.ram for example, THIS is the file realplayer 'streams' from the internet. in most cases if this file is a .ram file, it can be downloaded. make an html file in notepad with this in it: (NOTE: i will use '{' for '<' and '}' for '>' to avoid having this page actually display in the forum.)

then open this page and right click on the link and save the file. If it is not downloadable, (most likely it has a protocol like rnm: or something) then you're outta luck. Hope this helps.
