right click on the connection, and check the box for "share this connection"...I'm not sure where it is, but I just set this up on win2k server, and it works slick. You have to be using dhcp, and all other machines connected to the server must be set to obtain an IP address from the server. There is considerable info about this in windows help.

In IE, uncheck all of the boxes that pertain to connections.
